Use of all props inside of the barn at no additional cost
8 top - 60 inch round tables with your choice of black or white table linens with mahogany event chairs for up to 300 guests
Use of outdoor fire pit and fireplace
Use of indoor wood burning fireplaces - firewood is included in rental price
Parking attendant/Hall County police officer is also provided for security purposes
2 sets of corn hole board games
Food truck accessible, we are actually able to pull the food truck inside the facility if needed
Clean up/trash haul
We allow all vendors, all caterers must be full services and licensed
Use of mechanical bull

Diesel heaters are provided during the winter months to assure the barn is warm for your guests
Alcohol is permitted through a licensed bartender

This amazing area couldn’t be more fitting for a bride wanting to pamper herself and her bridal party! Accompanied by cow hides and comfy antique furniture this breathtaking space includes everything you need to enjoy the day and accommodate your wedding party.

Grooms Room
This space is designed with him in mind! The Groom's Room features lounge chairs for hanging out, a place for, well, grooming and boutonniere pinning. His room also provides for storage of Groomsmen's belongings.
Tables and Chairs
We have round tables available for your use with seating for 280 guests! Our variety of seating choices provide you with plenty of creative options from wooden fold out chairs, "mix & match" antique chairs or church pews for a more traditional ceremony seating option.
Outdoor Space
Our outdoor area offers plenty of additional space and seating with a beautiful views. We have one full, rock fireplace with a hearth and bench seating as well as a fire pit with seating for your guest to enjoy through the evening. Enjoy some smores, a round of corn hole or say hello to one of our friendly farm animals.
